Question: My trucks brakes aren't working right

when i turn on the blinker and press on my brakes, the brakes will grind and then my truck will shut off. this doesn't happen every time though but it worries me to drive it.

I would check the rear lights. Make sure they all work ok. You could be getting back feed from there causing your problem. The rear lights don't work right check the bulb if they are good. You need a new board for the brake turn and back up lights. That is the thing that all the bulbs click into. If they all work ok you will need a shop to look at it.
