Question: My van dies everytime I go to take off from a stop, sometimes while im stopped, what could this be??

what might be wrong?? It runs fine, but when I go to take off from a stop it dies!! Sometimes dies while im stopped!! if I pump the gas a bunch of times real fast while its trying to die, it'll jump a few times then go without dieing every once in a while!! Even if I slow down to.much for a curve.it dies!! Heard it may be MAP sensor, so replaced that, but its still doing it!! PLEASE Help!!
