Question: New spark plugs and Valve Gasket Set?

When I had my recent oil/filter change I was told the gasket "tray" was full of oil and my spark plugs were drenched in oil. I was told if I don't get this fixed VERY soon, the oil will short out my spark plugs and my car won't start! Was quoted $400 to remove & replace 4 plugs, cleaning of fuel system, Induction and Throttle Plate and the Valve Cover Gasket Set. I know my car is bound to lose some oil because of its age but it never requires additional oil added between oil/filter servicing, Of course this has scared me, what do you think of work AND price quoted? Thank you so much! Ginger

It's common on your car to have that happen. And the price is good for the repairs they are going to do.
