Question: No dash lights, shifter lights or heater lights

When i replaced my stereo i blew a fuse and smelled something melting but the stereo worked fine. I was told by the dealership it was the rheostat switch (dimmer control) and that it costs 140.00. Just want to be sure that's it before i replace it.

That sounds like a good bet, but it's a good idea to remove it and test it before replacing it.
