Sounds like a mode door is stuck.

All of them are located under the dash board and usually are difficult to get to. Yours are probably controlled by electronic actuators that are operated by the computer. The actuator is usually the part that fails. It's about a $50 part, but the labor can be fairly expensive depending on which one has failed and how much of the dash has to be disassembled to access it.

Thank you, another person said that they thought that the heater hose going to the back may be clogged, do you think that is possible?

In most vehicles with front and rear air, the rear heater core always has coolant going through it. The way the temp get to the rear passenger compartment is by a mode door opening or closing off the air ports to the passenger compartment.

Could a heater hose be plugged? Yes it could, but it isn't very common (I've never seen one plug up only the rear core in 20 plus years). The rear mode door is much more likely the cause. Try flushing the system if you think it is plugged. And if the other person actually looked at the vehicle, he/she may have more information than I do and can make a more accurate diagnosis. Without seeing the vehicle, I have to suggest what are the more common failures.

And, just because I've never seen it, doesn't mean yours isn't plugged.
