Question: no power when i push on pedal

Feels Like>> Vehicle is sluggish>> When I need passing power and press the accelerator to the floor>> Yes>> could i need to replace the spark plugs and wires i have had my jeep for 2 yrs and have never done this and dont know if it has ever been done

You don't have any spark plug wires. I would start by replacing the spark plugs. I would also have the computer check for codes.
