Question: 'no spark to start ca

My car don't have any spark when I try to start it.......I put a brand new distriuter on and it still wont start....what else couldbit because

That the distributor cap off. Then crank the engine to make sure the rotor spins. If it does not you need a timing belt. If all that is ok. You need to check for 12 volts going to the distributor. If not 12 volts you need to check the ignition switch and all the fuese. If that is ok you will have to bring it to a shop.
