Question: OD light switch broke off, light comes or goes off at rsndom,car's headlights will go out or tail ls

od switch is broke off column light comes on goes off also kicking the truck in and out of overdrive. Also headlights will go out as well as tail lights at different times or inside lights will come on when headlights out.

please help many stations tell me diffrent thingsthat need to be done, but no 2 say same thing

The problem you have is not clear cut. it could be a lot of things. You need to tests the systems to find the problem. The over drive switch needs to be replaced. On the lights it could be the body control module or the head light switch. You could do the cheap one and replace the head light switch. If that does not fix it a shopwill have to look at it.
