Question: Oil Change for vw passat TDI 2013

Is there any way to ensure a proper oil change has been done? The oil filter is very hard to get to as is the drain plug. I'm assuming one way to extract the oil is for a top drain to be done. Still probably leaves a little sludge in pan. What do you think?

You can't change the oil from the top.If you want to know if the oil was changed check it before then after.The oil will be dirty before and clean after.
