Question: Oil leaking while driving

engine rebuilt (by mazda) with stock compression pistons
forged connection rods
metal head gasket 0.83 thickness
ARP main and head studs
original cylinder head with all new gaskets

I sent a rod through the original block

I have a good amount of oil that is running down the rear side of my engine block from where the cylinder head meets the block, and from the front of the oil pan. The oil does not leak while at idle, however if I drive and park I can see oil everywhere as if it was sprayed under pressure. I have replaced every part of the Emissions system and vacuum pressure is normal (-20mmHg at idle)
