Question: oil pump is bad and its not very respinsive

Vehicle is sluggish>> When I need passing power and press the accelerator to the floor>> Yes>>

Oil pump may be bad

How do you know the oil pump is bad? Is the oil pressure low? Did you test the oil pressure with an external gauge?

Or did you mean the 'fuel pump'? If you suspect the fuel pump, you can test it with a fuel pressure gauge, but it is a good idea to begin a comprehensive diagnostic procedure that includes check the air and fuel filters first.
