Question: over heats

water comes back through radiator overflow very very hot----shoots out of resorvoir tank------gauge does not show hot-----will start steaming at stoplight only after being run for a while but still does not register as being hot-------there are 2 thermistats in car------

Could be a stuck thermostat, water pump issue, air in the system, fan operation etc.

Thoroughly check over the cooling system. If everything is in order you may have an issue with the head gasket.
