Question: over limit fuel consumption

My CR-V 2007 has 49000 km, usually consumes max 12L/100km,suddenly it consumed 16L/100km,I did these replacement 3 month before in dealer garage: OIL and oil filter,fuel filter.air filter,valve adjustment,coolant fluid change and break fluid change too,suddenly the rate changed,I have no alarms on dash board or warning codes,I checked tires inflation,they need a little of air any suggestions?

Have the engine computer checked for stored fault codes. If there aren't any, check the long term fuel trim. If it's indicating a increase, check for air leaks, check o2 sensor reading etc.

It's possible that a incorrectly installed air filter or improperly done valve adjustment could make the millage worse.
