Question: over limit fuel consumption

My CR-V 2007 has 49000 km, usually consumes max 12L/100km,suddenly it consumed 16L/100km,I did these replacement 3 month before in dealer garage: OIL and oil filter, fuel filter.air filter, valve adjustment, coolant fluid change and break fluid change too, suddenly the rate changed,I have no alarms on dash board or warning codes,I checked tires inflation, they need a little of air any suggestions?

Have the engine computer checked for stored fault codes. If there aren't any, check the long term fuel trim. If it's indicating a increase, check for air leaks, check o2 sensor reading etc.

It's possible that a incorrectly installed air filter or improperly done valve adjustment could make the millage worse.
