Question: Partially flooded car
Due to hurricane Sandy, my car is flooded partially up to lower part of the car seat. I don't think the cylinders were flooded, because I still see dust on the top of the cylinders. So the war was not totally submerged in water. But the lower end of the engine compartment has signs of flood. When I tried to start the car, it does not respond at all. I had someone gave me a boost to the car's battery, but the car still would not start. Does my car need major repair? At what cost?
