Question: Pass Power window inop

The pass power window will go down using the pass door window switch. It will not come up unless the door panel is removed and the power motor is jumpered. The pass power window will not work at all using the driver's door master switch. The master switch is new.

You need to have someone diagnose the electrical circuit. It may be a bad or weak ground circuit.
