Question: passenger seat not moving but lumbars are

its not the relay or the fuses gone on it and the motor you can still hear it turn on and off when you press the button but it just wont move

It seems that the gears from the motor may have fallen off the rails and will not move the seat. To have this fixed, the seat will have to be removed.
