Question: passenger window goes down but not up.What is happening? Thank You

Passenger window goes down but will not go up. I have everything apart but cannot lift it up manually. What do you think is going on? Thank You

You can not pull the window up. You have to get the window motor to work. I wouls take two jumper wires from the battery and put it on the window motor connector. When you connect the wires to the connector it should move in one direction. Switch the wire on the connector it should go the other direction. If it will move down but not up with the jumper wires you need a new window motor. If it moves in both directions you need a window switch.
