Question: power loss

i took out the catayltic converter and it still runs like it has no power wht are the chances there is cat material in the exhuast

If it was broken up, it could have traveled into the muffler. a simple exhaust back pressure test will tell you if there is a restriction. Most muffler shops can/will do it for free or very inexpensively.
