Question: power steering unit has a small leak from the boots. Can this be reparied or does it need to be rep

the unit has made a winning noise, more in the winter, I was told that when the fluid level gets below the screen the unit makes the noise. It's been about a year since the noise started and the fluid level is ok?

If it's a small leak you should just keep the fluid levels in check. It will eventual probably get worse and need a repair.
