Question: power window problem

2007 town and country. passenger window will not go up or down using both controls on each side. Does this mean a motor needs replacing? The driver side works.

It likely needs a new motor or regulator. Check fuses first.

It could also be a bad switch or wiring. Make sure they properly diagnose it before you spend any money on the repair.
