Question: Preventive maintenance for 2001 with 75K miles

Am looking to buy a used 01 Forester, manual, with 75K miles on it. Service records show regular maintenance and dealer has put on new tires, battery, replaced some hoses, front rotors and pads. Seems to me that the timing belt should be replaced due to age, even though the mileage is below recommended replacement, do you agree? Also, are there other parts that need to be checked and/or replaced due to age? I'd like to make the car as reliable as possible, rather than wait for things to fail. thanks for your help!

You can do all your maintenances by miles. Thing that have to be replace by milage is coolant, oil, oil filter and brake fluid.
