Question: put new running motor in all hooked up will not fire.

I pulled a motor that ran out of another 01 focus with matching vin letters. Hooked everything back up in my car the same way it was. The car will turn over but its not firring. I have replace the coil, crank shaft sensor and a few others still no luck. Any advice?
