If you have duel climet controls on the car. Most of the time it will be the drivers side door actuator. But it could be the control head. That is why the shop does not have the right tools to figure out which one it is. If you have regular climet controls you will need to remove the heater control box. To what is going on inside.

You have to remove the dash to get your heater box. It's a big job. You mite want a shop to do it.
