Question: Quick question about 04 civic hybrids

Im going to check out an 04 civic hybrid tomorrow and wanted to know is there anything in particular that i should pay attention to or ask? The car has about 100k miles so im guessing its almost time to replace the clutch and battery? Any other general car tips that may help me from making a bad decision from buying this car? Drawbacks of buying a stick shift hybrid? Also, post hurricane sandy..anything in particular that i can do to see if the car has been involved in a flood? any help is greatly apprecaiated. Thank you so much.

I'd mostly be worried about the hybrid battery. In general a used hybrid is a gamble. You are much better off just buying the standard model
