Question: radiator problem

My radiator is stopped up I think? At first I thought it was my thermosat, then I drained all the water out twice over the last 2 weeks, changed the clamps on the hoses.

When I drive with the a/c off, it sometimes sprays water out near the top hose going into the radiator. But always does if I run the a/c.

Do you think it is the radiator stopped up?

Is the engine overheating? If it isn't, then focus on fixing the leak--clean the pipe and the inside of the hose, replace the hose if necessary.
If it is overheating, here's an article to troubleshoot the cause:

It goes without saying that these pieces wear out, but they do so slowly, meaning you may not notice they need attention until ...
