Question: rear main leak

Lexus dealer told me that there is :
Found Level 1 Leaks coming from Pinion Seal and Rear Axle Seals and Also Front CV Axle On P. Side and Mild Power Steering Wrack Leak from Bolt.

Cost is $1600. Is this reasonable ?

Depends what you get for that price. If a new rack and pinion is part of the repair, it can be realistic.

If it is just resealing things, it sounds a bit steep. And you should ask them what "Level 1" means. Is that a gross leak, or a mild weeping. If it is mild, it may not be necessary right away. I would get a second opinion if I were you.
