Question: Rear wiper not working

Will not work, I hear a noise and notice the wiper move a little but will not rise. Is it the motor or a fuse???

If you hear the motor, the circuit is working, so it's not the fuse. It's either the motor or the linkage for the wiper. If you take the panel off, you will be able to tell by looking at it.
