There is either a locking screw or it simply pops apart. It this a factory key fob or aftermarket?

If it's factory I would expect the dealer to be able to do it...

It is a factory key. There is no locking screw and it doesn,t
just pop apart. Does anyone have a shop manual to look this up?

Try another dealer. They key fob will either have a locking screw or pop open in someway, there is just no other way it can be made.
