Question: Removing a lift

My Ford has a 4" lift kit on it along with 31.5" tires. I am thinking of having the truck returned to stock height. What sort of problems, if any, might I encounter after the return to normal process? Any and all info is appreciated.

You're more likely to have problems with the lift kit on there, I think removing it will ease some headaches and worn parts. Just make sure you have the work done by someone who is familiar with the stock parts and nothing gets overlooked.

You can usually find an owner with direct experience with that in the forums. Try googling '06 f150 forum' and search their posts.

Thank you for your answer. Sorry it took so long to reply. So Far, I have had 2 different reputable places take a look at the removal. The result being, "it is not Cheap. Cost about as much as putting one one. It will be awhile, but it will get down. Until then I will enjoy the truck as she is.
