Question: Removing external window seal strips on a 1998 Hyundai Sonata

I want to remove the external window seal strips for repainting of a door. I have one bolt that I can see(and have removed) that locks the strip to the door, but the strip is very tight. I am unsure as to how much force to use as I do not want to break the trim.
Is there additional bolts ?
Is there a special tool?
Or do I just need to be using more force?
