Question: Replacement of timing belt & plugs/tune up

My Highlander has aprox 90000 mile. At what mileage do I have timing belt replaced ??
At what mileage do I have tune up including plugs replaced.
I'm getting conflicting info

PS trucks in good conditon probably need struts, at this age & mileage do you suggest I keep it or change trucks

The belt and tune up are do at 105,000 miles. The struts can be instected and tested. If they are not leaking and it does nto bounce more than two times after a bump you should be fine.
