Question: Rounded head bolt

1996 350 5.7 Chevy corvette repairing head gasket when head bolt got rounded. Tried everything. The bolt is good for gone but need to take off head still. It's also the last bolt lol. I have new heads already so how can I make this work?

Drill / grind head off. Use vice grips on the remaining stud
