Question: rpms increase but speed does not

going up a incline, passing or merging onto freeway. Happens sometimes. A slow steady increase in gas no problem, but when need a few extra MPH quick this is when the problem presents it self, when needed the most?? AHHH!

Your transmission is slipping. I would check the fluid level. If low add. if full you mite need a new transmission.
