Question: same truck

please help. new plugs cap,rotor. had put on ecm. com. nothing on sensors. still backfiresand jumps in morning. clears out about 15 min. of driving. ANY ideas.

I would replace the plug wires. If that does not do it replace the coil.

This could be a sticking valve. When it gets worm it goes away. I would do a compression check cold to see what it is. If one is a lot lower than you have the clyinder you need to look at. One other thing you can do is get a scan tool that will read missfire data. It will tell you which cylinder are cylinders that are having the proble. That is where you need to go from here.
