Question: saturn will not turn over.

My first problem was jumping while i was in idle, as the week went on the jumping got worse ( it felt like someone was rocking my car back and forth) until the car turned off. I was able to turn it back on but then it was skaing even more. I changed the starter but now it's like it's not getting enough of something to turn over. Can't figure out what is wrong.

Sounds like it had a misfire and has now completely stopped. You should start by reading the codes from the engine computer. They can point you in the right direction. Clear then, crank it for at least 5 seconds and see if anything reoccurs.

Check the basics, fuel, spark, compression.
