Question: Scraping sound from front end

While driving on the interstate a tire recap from a large truck hit the lower right front of the truck and made a loud snapping noise. As I slowed down I could hear scraping sound, I pulled over to look and could find nothing. I then drove to a Dodge dealer, they had it for almost two hours and could find nothing. This happened about three weeks ago and the sound is still there. What is it ?
