Question: seatback question

Hello i have a 2009 subaru outback that i own and Love, however my wife doesn't like the passenger seat in that the seat back won't sit all of the way back up. actually to look at it from the drivers seat it does appear to be stuck in a reclined position. after numerous attempts at holding the reclining mechanizium up attemping to adjust the seat it just won't move beyond the reclined position. is there an adjustment to fix this?

There is a service bulletin for the problem of those stuck in the upright position, your problem might be caused by the same thing. Here's some more info and a TSB # (the chatter is about a 2010, but the TSB is for 2009):
