Question: shock absorbers problem

Mercedes Benz C Class C200 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY SE 4dr diesel saloon
1-shock absorbers are very weak,need to be changed,could you tell me the references.
2-can i use tires 205-55-16 instead of 195-60-16 wich are not avalable?

Sorry I don't know of any shop to refer yo uto. On te tires. Yes you can use the 205-55-16
