Question: Shocks/Struts?

I rotated my tires and saw my ride get really bad. I was told it was because of cupping on the tires that were on the rear becoming more apparent when they moved to the front. I'm not sure if the 07 tC has shocks and struts or struts all around but I was told that they all needed to be replaced. When is the 07 tC scheduled to have the shocks/struts replaced?

When they go out. There is no mileage time ehen you sould replace them. When they cup your tires or it feels resl pumpy going down the road.
