Question: should i keep my 2005 ford crown vic PI?

I got the car at 176,000 miles feb 2012 it runs great now its at 206,000 and it stills runs fine only thing I did is keep it on a well oil change schedual. and at 200.000 I needed a turn up and two coil pack changed.and suggestion I should do. and it use to be a ga patrol.
