Question: Should I sell or fix it?

Nissan altima 06
99,800 miles
P0303 code Misfire cylinder 3
Has leak on head gasket/loosin coolant
Cost of repair 3,000
Carmax offers 5,000
If i repair the car is going to be ok
and how long?
Or is this a starting point to think
to replace the car?
Help!!!! I drive a lot i put 500 miles
aprox every week
