Question: slight ticking noise at start up

My 2002 dodge Dakota 4.7 v8 has a slight ticking noise at start up. It only lasts for about 20 seconds. When truck is warmed up it goes away. Truck only has 62,000 miles on it. I just had the oil changed. Is this something to be worried about?

I would have the exhaust checked it could be that. If not I would have a shop pinpoint the noise to make sure it's not a big problem.
