Question: sometimes it wont start

sometimes it has sit for a while. It willl crank and sounds like its going to run but it wont...also when this happens, all gauges will be OFF completely...example, gas, rpm etc. it will start after maybe 30 minutes later. also there's a clicking noise coming out of the glove compartment, maybe the blower fan. I don't know. Thank you.

These Chrysler vans had an issue with the instrument cluster failing Basically the solder joints in back crack which cause a no start and no gauge condition. If you search the net, many people have had luck taking out the cluster, re soldering the connections and reinstalling the cluster. The other option it to replace the cluster.

If it happens again lightly tap on the speedo cover and see if it starts. If it does, that is probably your issue.
