Question: Sparks there with Fuel but no start.

My 95 buick lesabre 3800, has spark, good fuel pressure, new crank sensor,new plugs and wires. But no start.cranks fine almoooost starts but nothing. fixed some burnt wires going to the crank sensor. could it have ruined the ignition control module?
