Question: steering fluid leak

We have a very slight leak from our car, we think its the power steering fluid as we have had to top it up. What could be the cause and cost

You will need to determine where the leak is coming from to get an estimate. The pump, rack and lines need to be checked--a visual inspection can usually find the source of the problem, and most shops will not charge for checking.
