Question: steering pump

my steering pump haves been crying the day i got it, hell even put a 2002 impala one in and still doing it?

When you put the new pump on did you blead it. Or just start the car and add fluid to it. If you just started the car and added fluid it could have hurt the pump then. Also the pump you put on could be bad. The last thing is check the rack make sure the rack does not leak. That could cause it also.
