Question: Strange "air out of balloon" noise.

Looks like ac or heat piping will send out the noise every time the idle kicks up. Like as back pressure is running through these tubes. it gets loud in and out of the cabin. The tube runs in the engine compartment on the passenger side wheel well bump. This tube has a couple of fittings on it. I spent $500 having a valve assembly replaced and it was not it. That sucked.

I would take it to a shop and have them listen to it with you. Then they will know what it is and where it's coming from.
