Question: Suspension creek/squeek

I have a 2006 dodge ram 1500 w/ 101,000 miles and the divers front end recently started squeeking when I role over uneven roads and when turning. It also des it when getting in and out of the truck and just pushing and bouncing the front end causes it. I jacked up the truck and there is side to side play in the wheel but no up and down play.
