Question: Swapping sump / oil pan

My drain plug is faulty and has already been replaced with a larger plug . I need to replace the sump / oil pan. Is the oil pan / sump from a B18B engine a straight swap for the B18A unit?
Also is it a big job to replace the oil pan / sump?

I don't think the oil pans are the same. Also the job is not to big but it will take a shop about 4 hours to change. You can go to Auto Zones web site. They have a free online manule that could help you. Also while you are there you could look up the two oil pans.
